A big thank you to everyone who stopped by and showed support at my very first pop-up store at Public Garden! I’m truly grateful for all the kind words, encouragement, and love over the weekend.

It was such a rewarding experience to meet customers in person, watch them explore the jewelry, and hear their thoughts and preferences firsthand. As someone who’s usually on the quiet side, it was a little out of my comfort zone to introduce my work to new faces—but it turned out to be a really heartwarming experience. I may have worried about being too shy or accidentally staring while people browsed (INFP tendencies!), but everyone was so kind and welcoming.

The first day was unexpectedly packed! It was so busy that I had a few moments where my brain completely blanked out—simple math suddenly felt impossible. Before the event, I tried to manage my expectations around sales so I wouldn’t feel too discouraged if things didn’t go as hoped. As a result, I didn’t bring a lot of stock, thinking a smaller batch would be enough. But when things sold out quicker than expected, I stayed up late to make more and woke up early to get everything packed for the next day. It was tiring, but so fulfilling.

I’m already looking forward to doing more pop-ups in the future. This first one taught me so much—from setting up more efficiently to understanding the flow of the event. It was such a fun and energizing experience, and I can’t wait for the next one!
